Date, Time and Price
1. The time given here is the standard time in Sri Lanka. Accordingly, the time should be adjusted according to the standard time in your country.
2. Note that ticket prices are in Sri Lankan currency and are proportional to your currency in use in the country and the ticket prices quoted.
3. Online ticket sales will stop three hours before the concert.

Terms and conditions.

1. Tickets can be purchased only through the www.mytickets.lk website.

 2. The organisers will not be responsible for any tickets purchased through any other sources.

 3.  Once the ticket is purchased you will receive a confirmation email.

 4. The access pass to the live stream will be sent separately to your email provided when buying the ticket.

 5.  At no instance will an access pass be provided to an email address not used to purchase the ticket.

 6. A single ticket is eligible for a single access pass to the live stream.

 7.  The tickets and access passes are non-transferrable. The organisers will not be responsible for any transferred tickets or passes.

 8.  Your access pass will grant you permission to view the stream one instance and one device at a time. If you wish to change your viewing device; log out from the first device and log in from the new device.

 9. Booking Closing Time 3 Hrs Prior to the event.

11. Under any circumstances, there will be no refunds for a successful booking. Therefore, it is your responsibility to pay for the correct ticket according to the correct country.

  
For the best viewing experience

Even though the show can be accessed through any digital device that has internet access, there are a few suggestions to optimize the show experience.
1.  View on the largest screen available – If you have a smart TV with an internet connection log in directly or if you have screen enabled devices beam the show directly to your TV.

 2. A good sound system is recommended – Connect your system to best speaker setup at your locations. If you are viewing it on a phone or laptop, please use a good pair of headphones.

 3. A reliable and fast internet connection will ensure the best quality delivered to your viewing device.
 
 4. Ensure your broadband connection has a minimum of 3GB of data available.
