1. මෙම ප්‍රසංගය ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර අන්තර්ජාලය හරහා පමණක් වෙන්කරගත හැකිබව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.
2. ආරක්ෂක හේතුන් මත කිසිදු අයුරකින් එදින දොරටුවෙන් ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර වෙන්කරවාගත නොහැක.
3. ආරක්‍ෂිත පියවරක් ලෙස සහ සෞඛ්‍ය ආරක්‍ෂිත පියවරක් ලෙස ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර වෙන්කරගන්නා සියලු දෙනාට මෙම ප්‍රසංගයේ ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර ප්‍රසංගයට පෙර අපගේ ඩිලිවරි සේවාව ඔස්සේ ලබාදීමට අප ආයතනය කටයුතු කරනු ඇත. ඒ අනුව ප්‍රසංගය පැවැත්වෙන දිනයේ කෙටි පණිවිඩ SMS සහ විද්‍යුත් ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර e-ticket වලංගු කිරීමක් කිසිදු අයුරකින් සිදු නොකරනු ඇත. ප්‍රසංගය සඳහා වලංගු වන්නේ අප ආයතනය විසින් ඔබ වෙත ලබා දෙන වලංගු මුද්‍රිත ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍රය පමණි.
4. යම්කිසි ලෙසකින් අප ආයතනය විසින් ලබා දෙන මුද්‍රිත ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍රය ඔබ විසින් අස්ථාන ගතකරගත හොත් ඒ සඳහා අප ආයතනය විසින් නැවත මුද්‍රිත ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍රයක් කිසිදු ලෙසකින් ලබාදීමක් සිදු නොකරන අතර ප්‍රසංගය නැරඹීම සඳහා කිසිදු අයුරකින් අවස්ථාවද හිමි නොවනු ඇත.
5. ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර මිලදී ගැනීමේදී සෞඛ්‍ය අංශ උපදෙස් පරිදි සහ ආරක්‍ෂිත ක්‍රමවේදයක් ලෙස තනි වශයෙන් අන්තර්ජාලය හරහා ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර මිලදී ගැනීමට ඔබට හැකියාවක් නැත. ඔබ එකවර දෙදෙනෙකු (2) සඳහා ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර මිලදී ගැනීම කලයුතු වේ.
6. වයස අවුරුදු 6ට වැඩි දරුවන් එක් පුද්ගලයෙකු ලෙස සලකනු ලබයි.
7. ඔබගේ අන්තර්ජාල ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍රයේ සඳහන් පරිදි ලියාපදිංචි වී ඇති පුද්ගලයා සහ අනෙකුත් පිරිස් පමණක් අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම පිරිස සමග පැමිණිය යුතුය.
8. ඔබ සියලුදෙනාගේ ජාතික හැඳුනුම් පත රැගෙන එම අනිවාර්ය වේ.
9. ඔබ සමග එන අනෙක් සියලු දෙනාගේ වගකීම ඔබ සතු වේ.
10. කිසිඳු අයුරකින් ප්‍රවේශපත්‍රය මිලදිගැනීමෙන් ගැනීමෙන් පසුව ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර මුදල් නැවත ලබාදීමක් හෝ ලියාපදිංචි කල දත්ත වෙනස්කිරීමක් අප විසින් සිදු නොකරනු ලබයි.
11. ප්‍රසංගය සඳහා කොරෝනා වයිරස් ආසාධිතයන්ව සිටි, නිරෝධායනයට ලක්වන පිරිස්, නිරෝධායනයට ලක්වූ පිරිස් සහ එම ආශ්‍රිත පුද්ගලයන් අසුරුකල අයවලුන් , ඔබ රැගෙන එන පිරිස් තුල නොසිටිය යුතුය.
12. ආරක්ෂක අංශ සහ සෞඛ්‍ය අංශ ඔබ ලබාදුන් තොරතුරු ඔස්සේ මේ පිළිබඳව නිරන්තර සෝදිසියකට ලක්කරන අතර එවන් පුද්ගලයන් සහ පිරිස් නිරෝධායනය පනත ඔස්සේ අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීමට බලතල ඇත.
13. ඔබ ප්‍රසංගය නැරඹීමට ඇතුළුවන්නේ ආරක්‍ෂිත කලාපයකට සහ සෞඛ්‍ය අංශ විසින් දැඩි පරික්ෂාවකට ලක්වන ප්‍රදේශයකටයි.
14. ප්‍රසංගයට පැමිණෙනවිට ඔබගේත් අන් අයගේත් ආරක්ෂාව වෙනුවෙන් සිදුකරන ආරක්ෂක සහ සෞඛ්‍ය අංශ පරික්ෂාවන්ට අනුගත වන්න.
15. සියලු දෙනා මුඛ ආවරණ පැළඳ සිටීම අනිවාර්යවේ.
16. ප්‍රසංගය අවසන් වනතෙක් ඔබ වාඩිවී සිටින ස්ථානයෙන් පිටතට ගමන් නොකිරීමට සැමවිටම වගබලා ගන්න.
17. ඔබ වාඩිවී සිටිනා ස්ථානයෙන් පිටත සිටින පිරිස් වෙත ගමන් කිරීම සපුරා තහනම් වේ.
18. ප්‍රසංගය සවස 6.30 ට ආරම්භ කිරීමට නියමිතය. මෙම වෙලාව කාලගුණය ඇතුළු එම අවස්ථාවේ පවතින තත්වයන් තුල සුළු වෙනස්වීමකට ලක්විය හැක.
19. මෙම ප්‍රසංගයට පැවැත්වෙන්නේ ආරක්‍ෂිත කලාපයක බැවින් පැමිණෙන සියලු දෙනා දැඩි පරික්ෂාවකට ලක් කරනු ලැබේ. එබැවින් කල්වෙලා ඇතිව ( පැයකට පමණවත් පෙර) ප්‍රසංගය සඳහා පැමිණීමට කාරුණික වන්න.
20. ප්‍රසංග සංවිධායකයින් දක්වා ඇති පරිදි ප්‍රසංගය නැරඹීමට පැමිණෙන සියලු දෙනා ඇතුළුවීමේ දොරටු විවෘත කරන වෙලාවේ සිට ඇතුළුවීමේ දොරටු වසන වෙලාව දක්වා කාලය ඇතුලත ප්‍රසංගයට පැමිණීම අනිවාර්ය වේ. ඇතුළුවීමේ දොරටු වසන වෙලාවෙන් පසු කිසිදු අයෙකුට පිටතින් ප්‍රසංගයට පිවිසීමට අවකාශ හිමි නොවේ.
21. ආරක්ෂක පියවරයන් සහ පරීක්ෂාවන් සඳහා සියලු දෙනා අනුගත වියයුතු වන අතර ඒ සඳහා යම් කාලයක් වැයවිය හැකි බවද කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.
22. මෙම ප්‍රසංගය පැවැත්වෙන්නේ සියලු ආරක්‍ෂිත සෞඛ්‍ය ක්‍රමවේදයන්ට අනුකුලව බැවින් ඔබ සියලු දෙනා සෞඛ්‍ය අංශ ලබා දී ඇති උපදෙස් එම අයුරින් පිළිපැදිය යුතුවන අතර එසේ නොවන අයවලුන් සෞඛ්‍ය අංශ පරීක්ෂාවෙන් පසු ප්‍රසංග භූමියෙන් ඉවත් කිරීමට කටයුතු කෙරෙනු ඇත.
23. කසල බැහැර කිරීමට කිසිදු අවසරයක් පරිශ්‍රය තුල නොමැති අතර සියලු කසල ද්‍රව්‍ය ඔබ සමගම රැගෙන යන්න.
24. දුම්වැටි සහ මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය භාවිතය සපුරා තහනම් වේ.
25. ආරක්ෂක අංශ මේ කරුණු පිළිබඳව දැඩි අවධානය යොමු කරන අතර ආරක්ෂක අංශ සඳහා සහයෝගය නෙදෙන සහ උපදෙස් පිළිනොපදින අයවලුන් පරිශ්‍රයෙන් ඉවත් කිරීමට කොන්දේසි විරහිතව නීතිමය බලතල ඇත.
26. ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍රය මිලදීගත් පසු කිසිදු අයුරකින් ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර මුදල් නැවත ලබාදීමක් හෝ ටිකට් පත්‍රය අයත් කාණ්ඩය වෙනස් කිරීමක් කිසිදු අයුරකින් සිදු නොකරනු ලැබේ.
27. අප ආයතනය මෙම ප්‍රසංගයේ නිල අන්තර්ජාල ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර නියෝජිත ආයතනය වන අතර ප්‍රසංගයේ සංවිධාන කටයුතු සම්බන්ධයෙන් මයි ටිකටස් ආයතනය කිසිඳු වගකීමක් නොදරයි.
28. උත්සව සංවිධායකයන්, ආරක්ෂක අංශ සහ සෞඛය අංශවල තීරණය අවසාන තීරණය වන අතර ඉහත උපදෙස් වලට අනුගතනොවීම තුල ඔබට ඇතිවන අපහසුත්වයන්ට මයි ටිකටස් ආයතනය කිසිඳු වගකීමක් නොදරයි.

Rules and instructions.
1. Please note that the concert tickets can be reserved online only.
2. Due to security reasons, tickets cannot be reserved at the gate on that day.
3. As a health & security precautionary measure, we will deliver printed tickets through our delivery service prior to the concert to all those who book tickets online. Accordingly, SMS and e-tickets will not be validated on the day of the concert. Only printed tickets issued by our company are valid for the concert.
4. In any case, if you misplace the printed ticket issued by our company, we will not reissue the printed ticket and you will not be able to watch the concert in any way. 5. When purchasing tickets, you will not be able to purchase single entry tickets over the Internet as a part of health care and as a safe procedure. You have to buy tickets for two (2) people at once.
6. Children over 6 years of age are considered one person.
7. The person who has booked the ticket online must attend the concert with the others.
8. It is compulsory that you take your national identity card.
9. You are responsible for all the others that come with you.
10. We will not refund any ticket money or modify the registered data after the ticket is purchased.
11. The people who bring you for the show, those who are Corona affected, those who are quarantined, and those who are unaccompanied by it should not be in the crowd.
12. The security forces and the health authorities are constantly checking on the information provided by you and are empowered to arrest such persons and persons under the Quarantine Act.
13. You are entering a safe zone and an area that is under intense scrutiny by the health sector.
14. When attending the concert, be sure to follow the safety and health checks to protect yourself and others.
15. It is mandatory for everyone to wear mouth masks.
16. Always be careful not to walk out of your seat until the concert is over.
17. Traveling to people outside the place where you are sitting is strictly forbidden.
18. The concert is scheduled to start at 6.30 pm. The time may vary slightly due to the weather / Unavoidable circumstances.
19. The concert is held in a safe zone and all visitors are subjected to intense scrutiny. So please arrive early (about an hour early) for the concert.
20. According to the concert organizers, it is mandatory for all visitors to attend the concert within the opening and closing hours. No one will be allowed to enter the concert outside after the entrance doors are closed.
21. Please note that security measures and inspections must all be adapted and may take some time.
22. Since the concert is held in accordance with all health and safety procedures, all of you must follow the instructions provided by the health authorities, and those who do not will be removed from the concert area after the inspection by the health authorities.
23. There is no permission to dispose of garbage on the premises. Please refrain from doing so.
24. Smoking and alcohol usage is strictly prohibited.
25. The security forces are paying close attention to these matters and have powers to evict those who do not support or disobey the security forces.
26. No refunds of tickets or any change of category will be made after the ticket is purchased.

28. The decision of the event organizers, security and health authorities is final and My Tickets is not responsible for any inconvenience caused to you by not adhering to the above instructions.
