01. All tickets purchased are non-refundable.
01. අන්තර්ජාල ප්‍රවේශපත්‍රය කිසිදු ආකාරයකින් නැවත ගෙවීමක් සිදු කරනු නොලැබේ.

02. Please note that our online tickets cannot be changed once purchased. This includes changes to the category, show, seat, price, or any other aspects of the ticket. We highly recommend that you carefully review your selection before completing your online purchase to ensure that you have chosen the correct ticket.
02. අන්තර්ජාල ප්‍රවේශපත්‍රයක් කිසිදු අයුරකින් හෝ කිසිදු හේතුවක් මත වෙනස් කිරීමකට ( ඛාණ්ඩය / ප්‍රසංගය / ආසන හෝ ආසනය / මිළ ආදී කිසිවක්... ) හැකියාවක් නොමැති අතර කිසිදු අයුරකින් නැවත ගෙවීමක් අප විසින් සිදු කරනු නොලැබේ. එම නිසා ඔබගේ අන්තර්ජාල ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍රය නිවැරදි ලෙස තෝරා ලබාගන්න.

03. Please note that online tickets are only available for redeem from one hour before the start of the event until one hour after the event has started. MyTicketsLK will not issue online tickets after this time and cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused. To ensure you have enough time to enjoy the event, please make sure to arrive at the venue on time.
03. අන්තර්ජාල ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර නිකුත්කරන්නේ ප්‍රසංගය ආරම්භ කිරීමට පැයකට පෙර සහ ප්‍රසංගය ආරම්භ කර පැයක් ගතවනතුරු පමණි. ඉන්පසු අප විසින් අන්තර්ජාල ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර නිකුත් නොකරන අතර සිදුවන අපහසුතාවන් සඳහා අප ආයතනය කිසිඳු වගකීමක් නොදරයි. එමනිසා සැම විටම නියමිත වෙලාවට පෙර ප්‍රසංගය සඳහා පැමිණීම ඔබගේ වගකීම වනු ඇත.

04. Only the initial email or SMS provided by MyTicketsLK will be accepted as proof of purchase, Tickets will not be redeemed for any forwarded or screenshots .
04. ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර නිකුත් කරණු ලබන්නේ MyTicketsLK ප්‍රවේශපත්‍රය ලබා ගැනීමේදී අප විසින් ඔබ වෙත එවන ලද වලංගු Email Confirmation හෝ SMS පණිවිඩය පමණක් ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර වලංගු කිරීමට භාවිත කරන අතර Screenshot, Forwarded Email පණිවිඩ සඳහා සහ වෙනයම් අයෙකුට කුමන හේතුවක් නිසා අප විසින් ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර නිකුත් කරනු නොලැබේ.

05. Valid NIC or Passport will be required if needed during the process of Redeeming.
05. ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර නිකුත් කරනු ලබන්නේ වෙබ් අඩවිය MyTicketsLK හරහා ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍රය ලබාගත් තැනැත්තාට පමණක් වන අතර වලංගු හැදුනුම්පතක් නොමැති කිසිදු අයෙකුට ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර නිකුත් නොකරනු ලැබේ.

06. If available, kindly choose the option for ticket delivery for the appropriate event to avoid the line-up at the entrance for redemption.
06. එදින දොරටුවෙන් ප්‍රවේශපත්‍ර ලබාගැනීමේදී සිදුවන අපහසුතාවයන් මගහරවා ගැනීමට හැකි සැමවිටම, අදාල ප්‍රසංගයේ ප්‍රවේශ පත්‍ර නිවසට ගෙන්වාගැනීමේ සේවාව ක්‍රියාත්මකනම්, එම පහසුකම ලබාගන්න.

07. MyTicketsLK shall not be held accountable for any inconvenience caused in the organization of the concert.
07. ප්‍රසංගයේ සංවිධාන කටයුතු වල සිදුවන අපහසුතාවයන් සඳහා My TicketsLK කිසිදු වගකීමක් දරනු නොලැබේ.
