1. Tickets can be redeemed one hour prior to and post the event start time.
2. Only the initial email or SMS is provided by MyTicketsLK will be accepted as proof of purchase, Tickets will not be redeemed for any forwarded or screenshots.
3. Valid NIC or Passport will be required if needed during the process of Redeeming. All tickets purchased are non-refundable.
