MyTickets is a state-of-the-art ticket-selling platform. We are not responsible for any cancellations, postponements, or exchanges (including date or time changes, partial performances, or lost tickets, etc.) initiated by the event organizers.

Refund Policy

MyTickets does not process refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason (including date or time changes, partial performances, or lost tickets, etc.). Therefore, please ensure to verify your payment details before completing your purchase.

Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a refund from MyTickets if,

  • If the entertainment event is cancelled.
  • If the entertainment event is postponed.

Bank Changes may be applied for any refunds.

MyTickets Refund Procedure

If you meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the MyTickets Terms & Conditions, you may request a total or partial refund from MyTickets.

Please note the following:

  • Refunds are subject to deduction of any applicable government taxes and levies & Bank Charges.
  • Service charges and handling fees are non-refundable.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email from your registered email address with MyTickets to
  • In the email subject line, indicate "Request for Refund."
  • Provide details ( Order ID, Ticket ID / IDs, Name, NIC, Last 4 Digits of your debit/Credit card) of your refund request in the body of the email.

Please be aware that only refund requests submitted via email will be considered.
We do not accept refund requests through social media messages, WhatsApp, or verbal requests.

Refund Procedure

To track your refund, please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Your refund will be credited to your card within 7-14 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public/bank holidays.
  • Always contact your card center directly regarding your refund. You can find the contact number of your card center on the back of your card.
  • Do not check your account history or bank statement to track your refund. (For Debit Cards Only)
  • Inform your card center assistant about the type of card used for the payment (VISA or MASTER). All Online transactions (Debit Cards) will be refunded to the bank account linked to the card used for the payment.

Credit Card Payments will be directly refund to the relevant card.

Please note the following:

  • Refunds are processed manually and may take 3-4 working days.
  • Refunds made through a POS machine and refunds processed via the internet payment gateway are separate processes.
  • As the cardholder, you are responsible for tracking your refund by contacting your card center and following the steps outlined above.
