- Applicable to all Tickets Purchased Online using Credit & Debit Cards, Easy Payment options only.
- This applies to all EVENTS including THEATRE (including box office sales) & SPORTS EVENTS.
Responsibility
MyTickets is a state-of-the-art ticket-selling platform.
We are not responsible for any cancellations, postponements, or exchanges (including venue changes, date or time changes, partial performances, or lost tickets, etc...) initiated by the event organizers.
Refund Policy
All Sales are Final and Non-Refundable
MyTickets does not process refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason.
(including venue changes, date or time changes, partial performances, or lost tickets, etc...)
Therefore, please ensure to verify your payment details before completing your purchase.
Eligibility for a Full Refund*
You are eligible for a refund from MyTickets if,
- If the entertainment event is cancelled.
- If the entertainment event is postponed.
*Charges will be applied.
MyTickets Refund Procedure
If you meet the eligibility requirements stated in the MyTickets Terms & Conditions, you are entitled to request a full or partial refund within seven (7) bank working days from the date of postponement notice sent by the MyTickets Official Notification platforms (Social Media, SMS or E-mail)
Please note that refund requests submitted for postponed events after the seven-day (7) period will not be processed under any circumstances.
If the event is cancelled, MyTickets will refund your ticket amount (after deducting applicable charges) to the original payment method without requiring any further refund request from you.
Please note the following:
- Refunds are subject to deduction of any applicable government taxes and levies & Bank Charges.
- Service charges and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Partial cancellations are not permitted. If you wish to cancel, the entire order will be cancelled and the amount (only the face value of the ticket or the ramain amont after deducting all applicable charges) will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Purchases made through Easy Pay installment options will be refunded to the respective debit card directly by the Easy Payment service provider, after deducting all applicable charges mentioned above, as facilitated by MyTickets.

Applicable
- Applicable to all tickets purchased online using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Easy Payment options only.
- This applies to all entertainment activities, including attractions, adventure activities, restaurant table reservations, and other listed services.
Responsibility
We are not responsible for any cancellations, postponements, or exchanges initiated by the event organizer, tour operator or the respective venue due to any circumstances or operational reasons.

Eligibility for a No-Show Refund*
Eligible Categories:
- Leisure activities and attractions (Leisure Category)
- Restaurant and villa bookings (F&B Category)
- Not eligible for cultural events or any other event listings under the Leisure, F&B, or Event Category.

No-show refund requests must be submitted 72:00 hours prior to the scheduled entertainment or activity.
Requests made after this 72:00 hour period will not be accepted or processed under any circumstances.
Applicable Charges for Refunds*
- Refunds are subject to deduction of any applicable government taxes and levies & Bank Charges.
- Service charges and handling fees are non-refundable.
- A cancellation fee of 15% of the ticket face value (or the applicable minimum charge) will be applied additionally for all No-Show refund requests.
- Purchases made through Easy Pay installment options will be refunded to the respective debit card directly by the Easy Payment service provider, after deducting all applicable charges mentioned above, as facilitated by MyTickets.
How to request a refund from MyTickets?
To get a refund please follow these steps:
- Send an email from your registered / booking email address with MyTickets to support@mytickets.lk.
- In the email subject line, indicate "Request for a Refund."
- Provide details ( Order ID, Ticket ID / IDs, Name, NIC, Last 4 Digits of your debit/Credit card) of your refund request in the body of the email.
Please be aware that only refund requests submitted via email will be considered.
We do not accept refund requests through social media messages, WhatsApp, or verbal requests.
